Marshal David Fraiden is an independent public officer, appointed by the Mayor of the City of New York to execute the judgments and orders of the courts throughout New York City. As a New York City Marshal, Marshal Fraiden has the authority to bridge the gap between judicial rulings and their physical enforcement.

He has been entrusted to carry out thousands of evictions, legal possessions and other mandates on behalf of attorneys, landlords, businesses and other entities across all five boroughs of New York City, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island.

Marshal Fraiden is a licensed attorney and current member of the New York State Bar. He is also a former United States Immigration Judge and New York City Administrative Law Judge.
